2) How does puja service works ?

As puja is the act of showing reverence to a god. We always take care of maintaining its holy ness. We believe that when we fulfill your puja request, not only it makes happy to you with our services, but also it satisfies us, since, we have delivered to you what we have promised. Since, you order with us, trusting that we do the puja truthfully, we perform it with atmost care and importance. The following details explain you how our service works.

1. Ordering:
Ordering is the first thing that you have to do, that enables us to do your puja. For ordering you have to fill and submit the puja request form available on our website i.e. saiastrology.com The form should be filled in the name of the person for whom puja is to be performed. After the submission of the form we will send you replying e-mail containing the information about the Time, Day , Date, and Cost of puja which you have Ordered. After our replying e-mail you have to send the payment at least 10 days before the time of puja which we have recommended in our replying letter .After the receipt of the payment immediately we send you a online receipt of the payment with the confirmation that the puja will be get done on decided time.

2. Performing Puja:
All puja's is get done in the temple on your behalf in the morning session on the day, date & time which we have recommended. The puja is gets perform by the brahman (priest) by pronouncing the name, gotra, & the resolution of the person for whom puja is to be performed. After the performance of the puja, we send to you another mail . The mail states that your puja has been performed as required by you. On seeing this mail, you can be rest assured that you will soon receive the prasada from us.

3) What if I am far from the place of puja ?

It is not necessary to be at the place of the puja, As the puja gets performed in the temple by brahman (priest) by pronouncing the name, gotra, & the resolution of the person for whom puja is to be performed. We believe that when we fulfill an order, not only are you happy with our services, but also we, since, we have delivered to you what we have promised. Since, you order with us, trusting that we do the puja truthfully, Your order forms more than a moral responsibility for us.

4) What I get if I order for any puja ?

If you have ordered for a puja ,after puja performance you and your family gets the benefit of remembering their foremost god or goddess & he or she can feel that the god is blessing them during the puja performance. You will receive angara, Vibhuti as prasada which gets formed at the time of the puja performed for you. We also send a 'Kankan' (auspicious hand bracelate of thread). By this 'kankan' the person will be safe from the devils curse & he will get success in his work. Kindly note, that whatever is received after puja is sent to you. However, we do not send you any kind edibles, what so ever. Things that you receive:
Prasad - This may be Angara, Vibuthi, Kumkum, Chandan or Turmeric.
Flowers or Tulsi leaves as prasad and the 'Kankan' to tie on hand or to carry.

5) How much time require for completion of all procedure ?

The prasad is sent to you through courier. Normally, you should receive the prasad of puja within 5 - 7 days of shipping from saiastrology.com (Next day of Puja Date).
